In my experience, salary payments were tied to achieving a specific target percentage, with the contract stating that payment would only be made if a minimum threshold (75% or above) was achieved. Employees should ensure they fully understand how these targets are measured and evaluated. I also found that project requirements and feature expectations were sometimes subject to differing interpretations. On multiple occasions, work that had been discussed and agreed upon was later considered incomplete or not aligned with expectations, which affected performance assessments and target calculations. My recommendation to anyone considering a role here is to thoroughly clarify deliverables, documentation, performance metrics, and payment terms in writing before accepting an offer. Understanding these conditions upfront can help avoid misunderstandings later.

Praveen and the team at Business Labs are awesome to work with! It started with a half an hour meeting to understand the requirements and milestones of the project. Shortly after that I received a quote with pricing I was pleasantly surprised with, I honestly thought it would be much more for what I was asking. Once I agreed and the project started, Praveen made sure to update me on the progress and status of each step along the way, he even let me know when I could test it out to make sure it was inline with what I wanted. Along the way I did make some requests that would change the scope of the work which I was also anticipating to pay for, but once again they surprised me and decided to do it as part of the original price and scope They are totally understood what I was trying to explain, and understood the future projects that would come along with it to better enhance the request as well. Very accommodating, and flexible. Cannot say enough good things about their work ethic!!
