These guys are the real deal. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with Colubrid and their approach and support with selling our house. We had seen their agents in chelmer village square and other houses with their signs up. That along with their personable approach and good commission rates made us choose this agent and we were not disappointed and sold our house in a week. They weren’t as pushy as other agents we had had round and that we liked. Millie in particular was extremely friendly and professional and I was pleased she was the one doing the viewings on our home which resulted in success. Would use this agent again.

I recently sold my house with colubrid and cannot fault them , my house was sold within 2 weeks. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly.
