It’s a pity that you’ve decided to read this experience—and especially this way of presenting the project trajectory—in this manner. We don’t recognize ourselves at all in that.
Throughout the entire development process, this website was worked on extensively. Hundreds of hours were invested in its development. Not only was what had originally been included in the offer and the agreements delivered, but additional functionality was also developed and delivered during the course of the project. A significant portion of that was provided without any additional costs and was outside the original offer.
We also don’t recognize the claim that the website wouldn’t be workable. The website was delivered and was used and tested during the project. Of course, as with any large-scale software project, there were points that had to be discussed, adjusted, or further developed. However, that doesn’t mean the website was “unworkable in all respects.”
We would also like to set the record straight regarding communication. On our side, we tried on multiple occasions to get in touch and to ask questions in order to reach a substantive solution. We received no further substantive response to those attempts to contact us. For that reason, we believe the impression that there was no willingness on our side to work toward a solution is not an accurate reflection of how things unfolded.
As for the AI functionalities, these were also part of the development process and actual work was carried out for them. That’s why we can’t agree with the general conclusion that these “are completely not present.”
Since the matter is now being handled through legal channels, we will not go into all the individual technical and contractual points in more detail via a public review. Naturally, we will substantiate them through the appropriate legal route, with the relevant agreements, communications, and work performed.
We find it unfortunate that the cooperation has ultimately ended in this way. At the same time, we believe it’s important that potential customers know that the picture presented in this review does not match our records and our side of the story.
