Goji Labs is not a development agency we hired. At this point, I consider them part of our team.
We came to them with a complicated product and a very clear vision, but not always a clear path to get there. That distinction matters. Their job has gone far beyond writing code. They’ve had to understand our business, challenge our thinking, solve problems with us, and continuously translate what we are trying to accomplish into a product that actually works.
I’m also an extremely demanding client. I care about details, I move quickly, and I change things when I believe the product can be better. Goji has never used that as an excuse. They adapt, push back when they disagree, and keep moving.
That is what I value most about them: ownership.
When something goes wrong, the conversation is about how to solve it. When something can be better, they say it. And when we introduce a difficult idea, their first instinct is to figure out how to make it work.
David, Sean and the team have earned a great amount of trust from me throughout this process.
If you’re looking for someone to simply execute a list of features, there are plenty of development firms that can do that. If you’re looking for a team that will actually get inside the product and build it with you, I would recommend Goji Labs without hesitation.
