WOW! **Wayne Erradu**, one of the Directors, and his entire team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was happening with my device or when it would be ready.
What impressed me most was how efficiently they worked. I was in and out in no time, and my problem was resolved quickly and professionally.
The level of customer service didn't end there. Wayne personally called me later that day to make sure everything was working perfectly and to check that I was happy with the service I had received. That kind of follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction is incredibly rare in business today.
