This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service was painfully slow from start to finish. the picnic table was dirty and recently painted which gave off gas fumes. Even people seated close by can smell it. Stained our pants—completely unacceptable.
The food was even more disappointing. It was overpriced and tasted like something you’d get from a mediocre food truck, except at restaurant prices. There was nothing about the meal that justified the cost.
The final insult was the manager’s response. After explaining everything, all we got was a quick “I’m sorry,” with no attempt to address the situation or make it right.
The only positive I can say is, it’s a quaint place.
Between the slow service, dirty seating, overpriced mediocre food, and poor customer service, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this restaurant.
