About five years ago, we invested around EUR 50,000 with Redkiwi to develop two new websites. These days, we’re having problems with those sites, and Redkiwi says they’ve thrown away the source code, so we can’t make any changes or improvements anymore. It’s outrageous! Our only option is to rebuild both websites from scratch. That will cost EUR 30,000. I want to warn everyone about these amateurs! For us, never again Redkiwi. We feel cheated and lied to!

Hi Hans, At the end of 2019 (!), you left Redkiwi and took all the source code with you. Now, in 2022, you’re unhappy that we no longer have a backup. That’s of course rather strange. In line with our ISO 27001 policy, we delete data after certain periods. That also applies to your site and data. The communication at the end of 2019 was still fine—it's a shame the situation has now been turned around like this. Together with them, we managed to build a highly complex webshop—essentially a custom configurator that can assemble an entire label end to end, with a connection to an external editor, all the way to triggering our printing presses.
