We collaborated with 148 Agence Collective right after our fundraising round, at a moment when everything was going very fast and we needed a partner who could keep up with us. They didn’t just “execute” a brief; they took the time to get under the skin of the project, to understand our product, our market and the pressure that comes with having investors onboard. From the first workshops, the human side really made the difference. Conversations felt natural, we could be transparent about our doubts, and the team always came back with clear, concrete options instead of jargon. You feel surrounded, not judged, and that’s priceless when you’re building a startup almost day and night. The collective itself is impressive: different profiles, strong opinions when needed, but always in a constructive spirit. Whether it was branding, messaging for our launch or coordinating assets for several countries, they managed to align everyone while keeping our identity intact. There was of course a few back-and-forths (and one or two late-night calls 🙃), but always in a good mood and with a lot of patience.
