I had been enjoying these glasses for a while—I’d order a pair every year. But my most recent purchase needed a return (they were too small for me), so I contacted the brand about it, and I never heard back, even after several follow-ups! I’m really disappointed, and I’ve decided I’ll never buy from them again!
