You were a client of ours two years ago, and since then we’ve heard nothing from you. Why only post this message publicly now, and why didn’t you try to contact us earlier?
Furthermore, we were not responsible for your website, and we did not develop it. When we discovered how your site was in its current state, we informed you, and our teams advised you—kindly—on several occasions. As part of our educational and consulting approach, we even carried out an additional SEO audit of your site to show and substantiate the real issues we observed at multiple levels (technical, SEO, markup, best practices, etc.). The goal was to provide factual evidence of the problems and, above all, to give your developer a corrective action plan. Despite all our advice and recommendations, your developer did not follow our guidance—or only followed it partially. This resulted in the situation getting worse (the site’s health score was extremely low, URL issues, the disappearance of a large number of tags and meta descriptions, etc.), wiping out months of wasted SEO work and making it impossible to achieve any objective without first correcting the situation so we could work under “normal” conditions. After that, you abruptly stopped all contact with us and we have heard nothing from you for two years…
In addition, we have never billed you €13,000 as you claim. Your accountant has all the details, and you have never advanced any money—nor have you failed to mention the various outstanding payments you left us with.
