Hello,
We’re truly sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations—especially since you mention that you’re usually satisfied with the quality of our products.
We understand your disappointment regarding the delivery time for your potato plants, as well as the steps you had to take with our customer service team. During periods of high demand, some processing times may be affected, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused.
Your complaint has been duly taken into account. As mentioned in our email exchanges, the presence of sprouts on potato plants does not necessarily prevent them from taking root or affect the quality of the harvest. That’s why we suggested that you plant them first, and then get back in touch with us after the crop has had time to develop. This will allow us to review everything together, with photos, and determine whether any specific solution is needed.
To continue our discussion under the best possible conditions and to review your case in a personalized way, please contact us again directly by email at:
[email protected].
Our customer service team remains, of course, available to you.
Kind regards,
The Fabre Graines team.
