Today was a rainy day—March 21—yet it was also a blessing.
After a year of waiting, faith, and perseverance, we finally celebrated the signing of a property that seemed to be guided by miracles… or maybe by the heart’s own kind of destiny.
On one side, Portuguese buyer-scouts dreaming of a new headquarters.
On the other, the Spanish sellers, the Sisters Servants of Mary, who for years cared for the sick in this palace full of soul.
In the middle, real estate mediation: Spanish from Pamplona, Spanish from Oporto, and Portugal as the point where everything came together.
Today was so much more than a deed.
It was the end of a chapter… and the start of a new mission.
Oliveira Monteiro Manor.
From a house of welcome to a scouts’ home.
Thank you to all parties for believing.
For waiting.
For keeping faith alive through a year of acts of trust that were, from the outside, invisible.
Thank you. Obrigada. Grateful.
