Our experience with Jennifer Delano / PR Goeroes has unfortunately been very disappointing.
We got started with the expectation that a professional PR agency would actually provide strategic guidance, media connections, and visible results. Especially given the monthly fee of around €5,000, we expected genuine involvement, solid preparation, and a clear plan.
During the sales conversation, we got the strong impression that they would be working intensively on our file and that concrete steps would quickly follow. Strikingly enough, we received the “personal proposal” in our inbox almost immediately after the meeting, with no clear breakdown of what work would be done or any concrete deliverables. The focus seemed mainly to be on getting the contract signed as quickly as possible.
After signing, the experience changed completely. Contact was largely through interns, standard emails, and superficial communication. We strongly felt that they barely dug into our market, our products, or our positioning. As a result, there was also little confidence that journalists or media would truly be convinced by our story.
The end result: practically no visible outcomes, no meaningful media impact, and above all a lot of frustration about the value you get compared to the costs.
What felt especially bitter for us was that critical questions about performance or how the budget was spent mainly led to defensive responses. That gave us the feeling that the commercial promise made up front simply didn’t match the actual service delivered afterward.
Jennifer comes across as personable and convincing, but our experience is that the service and quality sadly don’t live up to that.
I’m not writing this review lightly, but because I believe other entrepreneurs deserve an honest picture before committing to this agency for the long term.
